Key Responsibilities

•Accurately record point-of-sale transactions at the register including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
•Provide high levels of customer service consistent with Hermès standards, greeting clients and assisting with wrapping and packaging at the point of sale.
•Support the sales team by delivering cashiering and POS support as needed to serve clients.
•Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and tax refunds according to company policies and guidelines.
•Reconcile daily transactions and balance cash at the beginning and end of shifts; input transaction and client information into the system.
