Job Summary

In a client-facing IAM/IGA consulting role, design and implement identity governance capabilities across enterprise and cloud environments, assess identity maturity, and guide secure access governance and automation. Work with Avanade and Accenture clients to deliver scalable IAM/IGA solutions, contribute to thought leadership, and help shape security offerings while staying at the cutting edge of Microsoft security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement IGA capabilities including access reviews, attestation, RBAC, entitlement governance, and joiner–mover–leaver automation.
•Support deployments of IAM/IGA modules (One Identity, SailPoint, Entra ID Governance, CyberArk).
•Configure and enforce identity security policies (MFA, password policies, least privilege).
•Contribute to solution design workshops covering identity lifecycle, approval flows, and governance processes.
•Implement authentication and authorization solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and federation technologies.

Key Requirements

•Must-have consulting experience in client-facing environments; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience designing and implementing IAM/IGA solutions (Entra ID, AD, RBAC, JML, attestation, access governance).
•Knowledge of MFA, password policies, least privilege, and identity security policies.
•Experience with integrating IAM/IGA tooling with HR systems, directories, SaaS apps, and on-prem systems.
•Ability to produce design documentation, process maps, and technical configurations.
