Job Summary

Lead the deployment of advanced manufacturing solutions with Asian contract manufacturers, from prototype through high-volume production. Own FATP manufacturing readiness and coordinate across global supply chain stakeholders to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Partner with third-party integrators to develop automation, tooling, and validation, while monitoring capacity and efficiency (UPH, yield, OEE). Drive DFX (DFM/DFA), implement SPC/CPK, and manage technical transfers and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage onsite delivery of manufacturing solutions at contract manufacturers in Asia.
•Own FATP manufacturing readiness and coordinate across the global supply chain with suppliers, operations teams, and internal engineering partners.
•Partner with third-party integrators to develop and validate advanced automation and specialized tooling.
•Monitor and optimize production capacity and efficiency metrics including UPH, throughput, yield, and OEE.
•Implement SPC/capability monitoring (CPK), lead DFX initiatives (DFM/DFA), and drive technical transfers and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Travel: High travel

Salary: TWD 4,000,000 - 5,500,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•10+ years of hardware program management experience, ideally in consumer electronics.
•Ability to travel and work internationally, including up to 40–50% onsite time at a contract manufacturing partner.
•Deep understanding of phase gate methodology from prototype through high-volume manufacturing.
•Proficiency in SPC, capability (CPK), and capacity modeling (cycle time, throughput, yield, OEE) with strong Six Sigma/DFX mastery.
