Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions end-to-end, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost and quality targets.
  • •Establish and maintain project governance, processes and systems, including creating the master project plan and schedules of activity.
  • •Develop resource plans, procure resources, and lead the cross-functional project team to deliver results.
  • •Monitor performance using KPIs, manage change control, and develop and track budgets against forecasts and actuals.
  • •Interface with the client, other consultants, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle, advising on Health & Safety and Environmental issues and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC (3/4) accreditation (preferred)
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS (preferred)
  • •Degree qualified in a construction-related subject
  • •Experience leading project management commissions on large/complex infrastructure projects
  • •Ability to establish governance, define project requirements, and manage time, cost and quality parameters
