Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping while operating and maintaining tools and equipment.
  • •Provide on-the-job training, coordinate team training, and validate successful completion.
  • •Lead the team on job assignments and support issue resolution, including escalation when needed.
  • •Interface with equipment computers to monitor parameters and alarms, monitor process data (including SPC), and make decisions to maintain process control.
  • •Ensure inventory levels for the next shift, discard waste timely and appropriately, and communicate effectively during shift changes.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •1+ year experience as at least a Coater Technician I (technician supervisor recommendation required).
  • •Safety-first mindset with a strong focus on quality.
  • •Math skills to apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts and support process control decisions.
  • •Ability to obtain/maintain forklift and/or walk-behind forklift certification if requested.
