Key Responsibilities

  • •Run rigorous diagnostics in the first 30 days by pulling data (cohorts, funnels, churn, cycle-time) and grounding findings in evidence.
  • •Shadow calls and rituals, read tickets, and interview CSMs, AEs, onboarding leads, and support to identify patterns.
  • •Own a workstream within strategic cross-functional projects and manage smaller projects end to end with weekly momentum.
  • •Ship v1 quickly, measure against KPIs, iterate until numbers move, and surface slips early with fixes drafted.
  • •Turn successful motions into playbooks with clear workflows, triggers, decisions, escalation paths, scripts, templates, dashboards, and trackers; train teams and stay on call after handover.
