Job Summary

Own day-to-day reseller operations across CE and METAP markets, representing TikTok where there’s no direct sales presence. Track revenue performance and target attainment, build dashboards for market health and reseller activity, and run business reviews with reseller partners. Drive process improvements and automation, monitor north metrics like share of wallet and new advertiser contribution, and support new market launches and reseller onboarding while ensuring policy compliance with internal Strategy, Finance, and Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day operations for CE and METAP reseller markets by tracking revenue performance, monitoring target attainment, and identifying weekly gaps and growth opportunities.
•Build performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into market health, advertiser trends, and reseller activity across CE and METAP markets.
•Act as the primary operational point of contact for reseller partners, handle escalations, coordinate support requests, and ensure rapid issue resolution.
•Conduct regular business reviews with partners, analyzing spend trends, new advertiser acquisition progress, product adoption rates, and account-level performance.
•Identify operational inefficiencies, drive process improvements and automation, support new market launches and reseller onboarding, and coordinate with Strategy, Finance, and Legal for deal execution and policy compliance.

Key Requirements

•Experience in business operations, partnerships, or sales operations, ideally in digital advertising, media, or tech.
•Strong analytical skills working with large datasets and translating numbers into business insights; proficiency in Excel/Sheets is required.
•Experience managing external partners or vendors, able to hold partners accountable while maintaining a productive relationship.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple markets, stakeholders, and ongoing processes.
•Clear communication skills, including writing concise operational updates and presenting performance data to internal and external stakeholders.
