Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead KEF’s most complex, highly structured, and strategically significant transactions as the primary transaction manager.
  • •Independently execute multi-party financing structures including syndications, synthetic real estate transactions, structured finance facilities, and other non-standard arrangements.
  • •Lead negotiations of complex financing documentation with customers, external counsel, participant institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Capital Markets, Credit, Legal, Asset Management, Pricing, Tax) to develop and implement transaction structures that manage risk and meet customer needs.
  • •Identify and mitigate documentation, structure, operational, collateral, compliance, and execution risks; provide escalation and consultation within TCM.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Legal Studies, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years of equipment finance, commercial finance, banking, structured finance, legal documentation, or related experience.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in complex transaction structuring, documentation negotiation, and transaction execution.
  • •Extensive experience negotiating legal documentation directly with customers, external counsel, and financial institutions.
  • •Ability to independently manage highly complex transactions with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
