Job Summary

Transition from structural designer to a developer role, delivering automations for structural design and detailing. Build add-ins for Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD/Etabs, develop Dynamo and Rhino/Grasshopper scripts, and create Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, debug, and maintain add-ins for Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Etabs to support structural design and modeling.
•Create and maintain Dynamo Scripts for automating structural workflows and data exchange between design tools.
•Develop Rhino/ Grasshopper scripts to model complex geometry and space frames for high-rise buildings.
•Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide insights from design and project data.
•Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure interoperability between Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, and Etabs, and contribute to standard design processes.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years experience in developing add-ins for Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Etabs specialising in structural design and modelling.
•3-5 years experience in developing and maintaining Dynamo Scripts specialising in structural design and modelling.
•2-3 years experience in developing and maintaining Rhino/ Grasshopper Scripts specialising in structural design and modelling.
•1 year experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
•Experience in any structural design software (Etabs preferred, SAP2000 or Staad.Pro) and proficiency in C# and Python 3 with development/debugging using VS Code/ Visual Studio.
