Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex transformation initiatives to advance Services growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and strategic business priorities.
  • •Translate enterprise strategy into roadmaps, executable plans, measurable outcomes, and value-realization measures.
  • •Provide executive partnership through recommendations, decision support, governance, escalation paths, and executive-level reporting.
  • •Own management of scope, investment, resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and organizational impacts across multiple workstreams.
  • •Drive adoption and organizational readiness through change management, communications, and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •5+ years of project or program management experience in services, engineering, or technology-focused fields.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • •Strong understanding of sales services, including service delivery, hardware support, field services, service engineering, or customer support operations.
  • •Experience with project management tools/methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), with Power BI and PMP/PMI-ACP as pluses.
