Coordinate and manage customer dispatch requests for equipment rentals, partnering with the sales team and other departments to initiate changes and ensure smooth delivery. Schedule drivers to pick up and deliver equipment, monitor driver availability and hours, and maintain a high level of customer service. Work onsite at a Seattle rental facility using the company’s technology platform to support safer, more connected operations in the construction rental industry.
