Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement machine learning algorithms at large scale to improve new user acquisition efficiency and retention across ranking phases including retrieval, ranking, and re-ranking.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and product engineers to formulate problems, design and refine algorithms, and communicate results.
  • •Run regular A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and iterate on algorithms accordingly.
  • •Apply end-to-end machine learning systems knowledge and collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve efficiency and stability.
  • •Develop highly scalable and reliable recommendation systems that connect users with relevant content in real time.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in one or more areas such as recommender systems, machine learning, deep learning, data mining, NLP, causal inference, or multimodal machine learning.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • •Experience with the architecture and implementation of at least one mainstream ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet).
  • •Good communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for learning new techniques and tackling challenging problems.
  • •Familiarity with core recommendation system components (retrieval, ranking, re-ranking, cold-start) is a plus but not required.
