Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration, sustainment, and enhancement of ELMS within the SAP ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and alignment to business requirements.
  • •Serve as the technical focal point for systems integration activities across ELMS, SEAL, LSEMS, SAP, and other enterprise applications supporting Support Equipment operations.
  • •Translate business and U.S. Government requirements into system capabilities, including integration of ELMS functionality within the SEAL platform and related enterprise systems.
  • •Support FIAR initiatives by ensuring integrations, data structures, and business processes meet audit readiness, traceability, and compliance requirements.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain analytics products and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; source, integrate, cleanse, and prepare data for reporting and business intelligence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise systems integration, data management, and digital transformation/business systems implementations.
  • •Familiarity with SQL, database structures, and data integration concepts; ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • •Ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
