Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead new product test capacity ramp-up in early mass production, working with product engineering and design to improve yield and reduce test time.
  • •Develop cost-effective, high-efficiency test solutions for high-volume products.
  • •Maintain and improve automated test systems and software tools to increase test coverage and efficiency.
  • •Troubleshoot test station and product-related issues, identify high-failure items, and drive root-cause resolution.
  • •Monitor test process yields and perform SPC on a time basis; document procedures/results and support NFF and RMA troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years supporting optics product testing, with the ability to independently develop full test systems.
  • •Proficiency in software engineering principles, algorithms, source control, deployment techniques, and multi-threading.
  • •Strong experience using TestStand, LabVIEW, and Python to automate test scripts.
  • •Deep knowledge of GRR and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for qualifying and monitoring ATE.
