Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform T+1 reconciliations and break resolution between internal systems and Prime Broker across various financial instruments.
  • •Review external fund administrators’ T+1 reconciliations and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders (e.g., Middle Office, Asset Servicing, Fund Accounting, Prime Broker) to resolve breaks.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders (including Operations Technology and third-party providers) to resolve operational issues and automate/standardize processes.
  • •Work with senior team members and management on strategic initiatives and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and achieve efficiencies.
  • •Define operational procedures, recommend process improvements, and support ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by senior team members or management.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience performing T+1 reconciliations and break resolution between order management, accounting systems, and Prime Broker trading data.
  • •In-depth knowledge of financial instruments including Equity, Futures, Options, FX, Bonds, Listed Swaps, and OTC.
  • •Experience with order management and/or accounting systems such as Enfusion, Traiana, Geneva, or Gresham (preferably).
  • •Experience migrating reconciliations and/or operational processes across different accounting systems.
  • •Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, functions, VBA), plus programming languages such as Python, C++, JavaScript, or SQL (preferably).
