Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage accounting, operations, and financial reporting for products across the S3 strategy.
  • •Advance the target operating model by building scalable infrastructure, processes, and controls to support product and AUM growth.
  • •Oversee data governance processes across vendors, third-party administrators, and portfolio monitoring systems.
  • •Analyze and review budgets across fund entities; improve liquidity and projection modeling.
  • •Partner across teams on planning and infrastructure for new S3 products and manage ad-hoc client requests during fundraising campaigns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 315,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •CPA preferred; 13 to 15+ years of public and/or private accounting experience preferred.
  • •Significant prior experience in secondaries or fund of fund with strong understanding of secondary fund structures, operations, and reporting.
  • •Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise and demonstrated experience with accounting, controlling, and financial reporting ownership.
  • •Proven ability improving operating models, building scalable processes/infrastructure, and driving operational change.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with AI tools, Alteryx, Anaplan, or Power BI is a plus.
