Job Summary

Join the Treasury team to manage day-to-day equity financing workflows, including locates, borrow rates, and PB allocations. Support the APAC Head of Portfolio Finance and Global Treasury by partnering with investment teams, sell-side partners, vendors, and internal groups for daily treasury activities. Help optimize equities-platform treasury workstreams and contribute to building systems and processes that enhance Schonfeld’s securities lending and financing platform across APAC.

Job Function: Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day equity financing processes, including requesting locates, managing borrow rates, and PB allocations.
•Support the APAC Head of Portfolio Finance and the Global Treasury team.
•Coordinate with investment teams, sell-side partners, vendors, and internal groups to execute daily treasury functions.
•Optimize treasury activities and day-to-day workstreams across the equities platform.
•Assist with building systems and processes to support the Schonfeld treasury platform and contribute to new initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Experience with securities lending, demand/supply-side, swap trading, or delta-one transactions with buy-side and/or sell-side relationships.
•Understanding of how APAC markets work.
•Understanding of hedge fund strategies.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•Self-starter able to work independently, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
