Key Responsibilities

•Visit customer homes to collect measurements, photographs, and structural/electrical data required for solar design.
•Assess roof conditions, electrical service panels, and property features using standardized tools and protocols.
•Climb ladders, walk rooftops, and conduct attic inspections as required.
•Submit survey data using mobile field tools and perform post-install inspection visits for final AHJ/utility readiness.
•Confirm installed systems match approved plans and workmanship, coordinate with AHJ and customers to schedule inspections, and provide documentation verifying inspection readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.4 - 44.54

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Hold a valid state-recognized Electrical Certification at the Journeyman, Wireman, or higher level and be in good standing.
•Previous PV design, PV installation, or PV electrical experience (e.g., reading blueprints/plans, testing wiring/circuitry, National Electric Code knowledge); minimum one year of field construction experience preferred.
•Comfortable working on roofs and using ladders, including in tight/elevated spaces.
•Must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record (pass a driving background check).
