Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while representing the brand on the sales floor. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, and drive revenue with cross-selling, upselling, and targeted recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transactions.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to the Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred: live-stream shopping or video demos).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs.
