Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to BU heads with operational controls and BU presentations.
  • •Drive cost control initiatives and ensure change initiatives are implemented and understood by stakeholders.
  • •Ensure statutory compliance, internal/risk compliance, and timely submission and audit of annual financial statements.
  • •Manage monthly book closure, annual book closure, reporting, reconciliations, and maintain organized accounting records/work papers.
  • •Lead budget preparation and monitor financial performance vs. budget, including variance analysis and support to BU planning, plus AP/AR, treasury/forex monitoring, risk management, and regional tax process oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 10 years of finance and accounts experience.
  • •At least 5 years experience as Finance Manager.
  • •Experience interacting at senior management level.
  • •Experience working in a similar industry for at least 3 years.
