Key Responsibilities

•Plan and optimize the overseas warehouse network for cross-border e-commerce.
•Lead construction of overseas automated warehouses, including installation, implementation, and acceptance of warehouse shelving and equipment to meet delivery schedules.
•Own installation, commissioning, and go-live operations of automated equipment such as CTU, packaging machines, sorting machines, and Put-to-light walls.
•Drive go-live of automated operations and optimize systems and operational processes, including human-machine collaboration, to improve efficiency.
•Ensure maintenance, upkeep, and regular inspections of automated equipment for stable operation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Automation or related fields, with excellent oral English and communication skills.
•Working experience in leading automated equipment companies in the industry.
•At least 3 experiences in the implementation, go-live, and operation of large-scale automated e-commerce projects.
•Deep understanding of the principles and business applications of automated equipment and systems is preferred.
