Remote Data Entry/ Customer Service Rep

Work fully remotely to accurately enter and maintain large volumes of customer and company data, including verification and cleansing to protect data integrity. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and digital channels, resolving issues professionally and escalating complex cases when needed. Generate internal reports and provide clear service information to clients while upholding confidentiality and security standards.
