Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of maintenance technicians and oversee maintenance and facilities activities for the Bloomington facility.
  • •Build and manage preventive maintenance programs and oversee reactive repairs to minimize downtime.
  • •Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and physical security; coordinate facility support and CapEx planning.
  • •Serve as primary liaison for external vendors and contractors, ensuring service schedules, on-site execution, and invoice accuracy.
  • •Ensure EHS compliance (OSHA, company policies, local building codes), lead safety meetings and audits, and provide daily KPIs reporting using Brightly.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma plus a relevant trade certification, or an Associate (A.S.) degree or higher in a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Strong understanding of air compressor maintenance and commercial HVAC systems.
  • •Proficiency reading blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals, with communication skills and vendor negotiation ability.
