Assistant Vice President – Manufacturing

Serve as the #2 manufacturing leader and strategic partner to the VP Manufacturing, driving integrated performance across multiple business units. You’ll oversee manufacturing operations with direct leadership of three General Managers and alignment across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial outcomes. Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement, support forecasting and cost management, oversee capital projects, and build leadership bench strength and succession plans.
