Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 15+ years of program and technical leadership experience.
  • •Depth of experience supporting HHS agencies (CMS, CDC, FDA, NIH, HRSA, SAMHSA) with a focus on data analytics, program delivery, and IT modernization.
  • •Minimum 5 years leading teams with demonstrated success in performance management, leading program modernization, and talent development.
  • •Experience managing large programs and motivating professionals across disciplines.
  • •Technical expertise in AI and data transformation, cloud modernization, and enterprise architecture; ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
