Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an SME across multiple domains, designing and delivering enhancements to Common Services applications while ensuring safety, security, compliance, and reliability.
  • •Provide technical oversight of ~10 key applications (including job scheduling, SFTP/file exchange, messaging/email services, logging/analytics, and event management).
  • •Lead complex design responsibilities and review technical plans from lower-level engineers/analysts to ensure quality and scalability for production needs.
  • •Build measurement dashboards and technical documentation (logical/physical layouts and referenced models) to support ongoing solution reference and operational procedures.
  • •Lead production deployments, release activities, cutover implementations, and cloud-native migration/replacement efforts; troubleshoot complex Azure/serverless integration and infrastructure issues.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years supporting enterprise engineering for mission-critical banking platforms, integrations, cloud services, automation, and regulatory-compliant operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • •Expert familiarity with IT capability models and governance frameworks, including design/enhancement/compliance to published standards.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architectures, APIs, secure file transfer, and distributed systems.
  • •Experience managing enterprise platforms such as workload automation, managed file transfer (MFT), messaging systems, API integrations, and observability platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).
