Job Summary

Support corporate and development-related transactions for data center and power infrastructure projects. Partner with legal and business teams to draft and negotiate NDAs, service and vendor agreements, and advise stakeholders on contract terms and development-stage issues. •Communicate contract terms and status to stakeholders and coordinate teams to develop efficient processes.

•JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
•2-4 years of relevant experience as a corporate or business transactions attorney, preferably at a large law firm.
•Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Ability to manage outside counsel.
