Job Summary

Lead field-to-office coordination on telecom field projects, developing submittal packages, validating cabling tests, and processing RFIs and change orders under project management supervision. You’ll ensure drawings and specifications stay current, drive QA/QC, and provide real-time visibility through dashboards, while coordinating with subcontractors and customers on-site in Bowling Green, OH.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide close support to the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager throughout project delivery.
•Lead field validation of telecom design, identify conflicts, and coordinate with PM/CM/customer to resolve via RFI process.
•Manage project review process with emphasis on constructability, value engineering options, and design discrepancies/clashes.
•Maintain electronic tracking systems and custom dashboards to drive real-time visibility into task progress and productivity.
•Coordinate with field operations, subcontractors and customer to ensure materials, equipment and schedules meet project requirements.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
•Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry in a similar role; experience with large, structured cabling projects and/or data center construction highly preferred.
•Must be proficient with coordinating project tasks, documentation and field-to-office communication; strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
•OSHA-30 Hour certification preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of employment) and BICSI TECH certification preferred.
•Proficiency in project documentation tools and field controls (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Textura) and MS Office suite.
