Lead strategic and operational buying execution for Coach Europe Men’s & Lifestyle categories, driving in-season performance against sales, margin, and inventory targets across regional channels. Own seasonal buy reviews, milestone calendar, weekly business reviews, and monthly reporting while partnering with Finance, Inventory Management, Wholesale Sales, Marketplace, and Allocation. Use advanced analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to inform actions and recommendations to global merchandising teams, mentoring and developing your group.

•Drive category performance against sales, margin, and inventory objectives through trading actions and promotional strategies aligned to targets.
