Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist customers with demo builds, basic troubleshooting, and product usage questions.
  • •Understand customer issues clearly and work with internal teams when needed.
  • •Help configure HTML/CSS-related fixes or adjustments inside the product.
  • •Support the team in creating or improving demo experiences.
  • •Communicate updates or solutions clearly to customers and teammates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •HTML and general web fundamentals (DOM, CSS basics, browser behaviour)
  • •CS/Engineering background or equivalent technical knowledge
  • •Frontend engineering exposure is appreciated but not mandatory
  • •Strong communication skills — ability to explain things simply
  • •Experience dealing with customers (support, onboarding, troubleshooting, etc.) is a plus
