Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead fastSPICE-based verification to sign-off DRAM critical timings within areas of expertise.
  • •Run full chip analog SPICE simulation and analysis across PVTs and speed grades, supporting pre-silicon full-chip design simulation, analysis, and debugging.
  • •Develop test cases/stimulus to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features.
  • •Develop verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.
  • •Build and maintain test benches/test vectors, run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements, and collaborate with cross-geo teams to develop new verification flows.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience, with a Masters background preferred.
  • •Good understanding of analog/mixed signal circuits and full-chip verification activities.
  • •Fundamental knowledge of CMOS and FinFET technologies.
  • •Experience with analog and mixed-signal verification and tools such as Virtuoso, FineSim, Hspice, Xcelium, SimVision, and WaveView.
  • •Hands-on ability to build SPICE testbenches and support analog full-chip verification environments.
