Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the program’s top technical authority accountable for technical cost and schedule.
  • •Own system architecture, cloud strategy, modernization roadmap, and the technical baseline.
  • •Guide iterative Agile development, including sprint reviews, backlog prioritization, and PI planning.
  • •Direct engineering execution across software development, systems engineering, cyber engineering, DevSecOps, test/QA, design support, and field services.
  • •Oversee requirements, design, integration, verification, deployment, and sustainment activities; manage technical risks, opportunities, and performance measures.
