PMC Lead Procurement Engineer

Lead and manage all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements. Own strategic sourcing, contractor/vendor selection, and coordination between ADNOC, EPC contractors, and suppliers. Prepare RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents; evaluate bids; negotiate commercial terms; monitor delivery schedules; manage supplier performance; and support contract administration, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
