Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the SAP work order release schedule to ensure materials are delivered on time to manufacturing and engineering.
  • •Reschedule and complete no-charge discrete jobs as required.
  • •Perform pre-shortage analysis and work order variance analysis to increase component availability at release time.
  • •Review MRP execution accuracy, reconcile supply and demand, validate master scheduling/PDS requirements, and ensure proper ECO disposition with status reports for ECOs/ECRs.
  • •Participate in floor audits with Finance, resolve WIP issues, attend production meetings, and provide status on material shortage commit dates.
