  • •Support and negotiate strategic partner deals, and advise the partner team.
  • •Advise UK go-to-market teams on strategic and/or highest value deals.
  • •Review and negotiate customer, partnership, and supplier contracts with pragmatic commercial support.
  • •Supervise more junior lawyers on negotiations and specific files, and instruct/manage external legal counsel.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 6 years of PQE and UK qualification to practise law in the UK.
  • •Private practice training and/or in-house experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience negotiating complex contracts with sophisticated counterparties.
  • •Ability to review marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Strong communication skills to distil complex legal concepts into understandable English.
