Cost Engineer

Support major projects with accurate, timely cost performance information against project baselines. Drive cost performance reporting, including Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics for key commitments and expenditures. Build cost control structures and budgets, track actual internal and external costs, manage accruals and commitments, produce forecasts (ETC/EAC), and report on earned value, contingency, exposure, change control alignment, and key cost trends.
