Job Summary

Define and execute product strategy for the Precision core banking platform, aligning the roadmap to client needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Own the Precision product roadmap, build business cases and investment recommendations, and lead product lifecycle activities from concept through release readiness. Partner across engineering, architecture, compliance, finance, sales, service, and relationship teams to deliver retention, modernization, and growth enhancements for community financial institutions.

•Own and maintain the Precision product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on client demand, revenue impact, regulatory requirements, and competitive positioning.
•Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and product priorities to support client retention, platform modernization, and revenue growth.
•Lead product lifecycle activities for enhancements, integrations, regulatory initiatives, and client experience improvements from concept through release readiness.
•Gather, evaluate, and translate client feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and roadmap recommendations.
•Partner with cross-functional teams and present roadmap direction and market opportunities to executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and client audiences.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with banking technology, financial services software, and ownership of product roadmap decisions and lifecycle execution.
•8+ years of experience working with core banking solutions, banking operations, or financial institution technology platforms.
•8+ years partnering with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver product enhancements.
•Experience using market analysis, client feedback, and business objectives to build product strategy, business cases, and investment recommendations.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience).
