The Mid-Market Business Advisor is a strategic, post-sale role responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term partner value within Zillow Rentals’ existing partner base. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value Mid-Market partners, deepen product adoption, map accounts for growth, lead executive discussions, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to protect revenue while driving insight-led growth.
