Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to project and business objectives, including category management and strategic sourcing.
  • •Manage end-to-end procurement activities: vendor prequalification, tendering, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract award recommendations.
  • •Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement cost management; monitor spend versus budgets and targets.
  • •Conduct market analysis, cost benchmarking, and value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement dashboards and cost reporting.
  • •Lead contract and vendor management, including commercial negotiations, contract risk mitigation, claims/variations/renewals/closeout, and compliance with policies and audit documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
  • •8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, commercial management, cost management, or strategic sourcing.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale procurement packages and supplier negotiations.
  • •Experience in construction/real estate/data centers/infrastructure/industrial engineering/manufacturing or project management consultancy environments.
  • •Strong exposure to contract management and commercial risk assessment.
