Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure legislative and quality assurance compliance related to the catering industry.
  • •Coordinate and organize catering personnel activities to ensure customer satisfaction and increased returns.
  • •Lead and manage staff in a high volume food production outlet, focusing on site planning and preparation.
  • •Maintain food safety standards including food hygiene, personal health standards, and professional conduct in a pressurized environment.
  • •Drive initiatives to improve service for customers and apply a commercial approach to operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the Food Service industry or large volume meal services.
  • •Extensive experience managing a catering service and leading a team in a high volume food production outlet.
  • •Working knowledge of relevant codes of practice/legislation and quality assurance systems.
  • •Food hygiene and first aid training/certification with evidence of continuous professional development.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are required.
