Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary firmware technical lead for Embedded x86 customer engagements and drive customer escalations.
  • •Lead firmware investigations across embedded firmware environments, platform initialization, secure boot/platform security, power management, firmware-silicon interactions, and boot/runtime failures.
  • •Provide structured debug plans, technical containment strategies, and detailed root-cause analysis with customer workaround recommendations.
  • •Partner across firmware, BIOS, silicon, platform, validation, product management, and program management to prioritize and resolve complex technical dependencies.
  • •Support FAEs and customer-facing teams with advanced firmware expertise, including architecture reviews, technical workshops, training, and best practices; develop internal debug productivity tools.

Salary: INR 4,839,450 - 6,913,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of experience in firmware development, embedded software development, customer engineering, platform engineering, applications engineering, or related technical roles.
  • •Strong hands-on firmware design, development, and debugging experience on embedded or x86 platforms.
  • •Experience developing and debugging low-level firmware and platform software, including boot flows, firmware initialization, power management, security, and platform management functions.
  • •Strong platform-level debug skills across firmware, BIOS, operating systems, device drivers, silicon, and platform hardware; strong Linux and embedded Linux experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
