Key Responsibilities

•Provide specialist electrical advice and support to estates colleagues and contractors.
•Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on plant, equipment, and building infrastructure.
•Undertake fault-finding, testing, inspection, and diagnosis across complex electrical systems and equipment.
•Complete installation, repair, calibration, and validation tasks in line with relevant regulations and guidance.
•Use calibrated test equipment to ensure safe operation of wiring systems, emergency generators, and critical systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 41,608 - 43,441 annually

Key Requirements

•A recognised electrical trade qualification and experience working as an Electrician in a complex building environment.
•Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing demands.

•Experience working with Building Management Systems, medical gases, HVAC systems, or similar (training provided where needed).
•The ability to use your initiative, solve problems, and deliver safe, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
