Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the health of field data pipelines by monitoring capture/upload and driving remote resolutions.
  • •Provide Level 2 remote support to Level 1 on-site staff and program teams across field networking, operator control stations, and message-transport systems.
  • •Debug issues across the stack (Linux systems, networking, and data/comms tooling) and coordinate engineering ownership when needed.
  • •Write Python to inspect, patch, and improve support/automation scripts, and create documentation for self-serve troubleshooting.
  • •Travel to program sites for hands-on Level 1 support when required (roughly 25–35% of the time).

Key Requirements
