Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, analyze, and manage assigned HVAC equipment projects, establishing schedules and project parameters to meet system objectives.
  • •Communicate with customers and stakeholders (building owners, mechanical contractors, trades, subcontractors, field support) and maintain satisfaction through investigation and corrective action.
  • •Compare estimated ship dates to contractor schedules and ensure compliance with internal equipment ordering processes.
  • •Maintain forecasted cost at completion and control expenses by monitoring assigned project budget; create and revise project schedules with tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones.
  • •Enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders and generate work orders for equipment start-ups, and manage project cash flow (progress billing, collections support, resource management).

Key Requirements
