Job Summary

Lead HSSE supervision on a large-scale EPCm construction project, ensuring schedule, safety and quality excellence for 12 months. Coordinate with Owner and contractors, drive HSSE performance, and implement site HSSE plans, audits, and reporting; requires a strong HSSE background, English proficiency, and Thai regulatory knowledge.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with Owner to drive for excellence HSSE performance of all contractors for both lagging and leading indicators.
•Lead by personal example by complying with HSSE requirements and demonstrating total commitment to HSSE to Owner and Contractors’ personnel.
•Support HSSE Trainer in developing site HSSE induction and training programs and ensure execution of induction/training for all personnel on site.
•Organize and ensure workforces are competent to perform their job safely.
•Administer and participate in HSSE audits and inspection schemes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in public health (Occupational Health and Safety) or Professional certificate of safety officer by Ministry of Labour.
•Minimum 10 years substantial experience in a HSSE role on Live Plant, Greenfield and Turnaround/Revamp work for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant or similar projects.
•Substantial experience applying worksite HSSE plans, procedures and risk assessments; strong reporting and documentation skills.
•Excellent English (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal/communication skills; Thai law knowledge related to HSSE.
•Good team leadership and ability to lead in a site-based HSSE environment.
