Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global email program end to end, including nurture, product and content sends, event follow-up, database re-engagement, and win-back campaigns.
  • •Build and send campaign emails by constructing templates, shaping copy, defining and segmenting audiences, configuring workflows, and shipping to deadlines.
  • •Design, launch, and maintain nurture programs across inbound follow-up, content and event follow-up, stalled lead re-engagement, and SDR nurture.
  • •Define and maintain the lifecycle stage model from first touch through sales accepted opportunity in alignment with revenue operations.
  • •Lead content syndication by setting offer and asset strategy, defining lead acceptance criteria, and growing and localizing the marketable database while reporting revenue-based performance.

Salary: EUR 47,800 - 76,500

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience owning email and nurture for B2B SaaS, designing programs from scratch and measuring impact on conversion.
  • •Hands-on marketing automation experience in HubSpot and Salesforce (or comparable platforms like Marketo, Braze, or Eloqua).
  • •Ability to build and ship email independently, including template construction, list building, workflow setup, QA, and on-time delivery.
  • •Strong judgment in deliverability, segmentation, list hygiene, and testing, with comfort interrogating funnel data and building reporting.
  • •Experience running paid lead sources such as content syndication, including making cold-acquired names convert to pipeline.
