Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead programme mobilisation activities for major capital, infrastructure, real estate, and transformation programmes.
  • •Define programme vision, objectives, and delivery principles; develop mobilisation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
  • •Establish programme management offices and integrated delivery functions, supporting initiation, transition, and scale-up phases.
  • •Design programme operating models, governance frameworks, and management structures, including committees and reporting arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in programme management, advisory, consulting, or organisational transformation.
