Job Summary

Support TikTok Shop’s Creator Incubation Team by assisting with livestream sessions, onboarding and nurturing new creators, and helping plan promotional livestream campaigns with creators and brands. Monitor livestream and creator performance metrics, surface insights and improvement opportunities, and contribute to creator training and development. Partner with internal teams across marketing, operations, and partnerships, and stay current on competitor and industry livestream and influencer marketing best practices.
