Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with P&L leaders and product teams to translate roadmap priorities into delivery commitments and drive accountability for shipping outcomes.
  • •Define and track product engineering KPIs (cycle time, lead time, deployment frequency, feature throughput, customer-facing quality) and remove delivery bottlenecks.
  • •Lead AI-enabled SDLC adoption, including AI-assisted development, developer experience metrics, and agentic workflows for repetitive engineering tasks.
  • •Design and implement CI/CD and release standards for microservices and regulated delivery environments, embedding automated quality gates in the pipeline.
  • •Drive release patterns (blue-green, canary, feature flags, progressive rollout), release evidence and controls, and partner with SRE/platform engineering on readiness and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership role owning product delivery outcomes.
  • •10+ years partnering directly with product management and P&L leaders on joint roadmap ownership and executive-level delivery reporting.
  • •8+ years designing and scaling CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release controls, and production readiness for distributed systems.
  • •5+ years implementing and scaling AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI code review/test generation) with measurable productivity outcomes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
