Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Material Planning team, setting objectives and monitoring performance against operational and service delivery targets.
  • •Oversee material planning activities to ensure timely material availability, manage planning alerts, and coordinate recovery actions with stakeholders.
  • •Maintain accurate planning master data (material parameters, lead times, sourcing information, planning settings) and support NPI material readiness.
  • •Run daily operational reviews (supplier delivery performance, inbound shortages, open purchase orders, supplier confirmations) and manage escalations to resolve supply issues.
  • •Track and report Material Planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and reason codes to improve planning accuracy and inventory health.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • •3-5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Material Planning, Procurement, or related functions.
  • •2-3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or managing a team.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • •ERP experience, preferably SAP, with strong Excel skills and understanding of MRP, inventory, supplier management, and material planning processes.
